New arrangements have been set in nationalizing foreigners to Turkish citizenship program, according to the decision published from the Official Gazette dated 19.09.2018, the citizenship investment condition-amount was previously 1.000.000 USD, it reduced to 250.000 USD. Foreigners who bought a property or many properties in Turkey with the amount of 250.000 USD value of the real estate or commit to buying a property worth 250,000 dollars through a notary will directly be able to carry the Turkish citizenship.
In accordance with the citizenship program, regarding the purchase of real estate, foreign nationals have the right to buy real estate in Turkey from any place they wanted in Turkey, except in military regions. Foreigners, who have 250.000 USD worth of real estate in Turkey, are able to carry Turkish citizenship with their families.
